How do I know if I have access to U.S. support or India support?
If your organization’s primary geography of operation is within the Indian Subcontinent or the South Asia region, you most likely full under our India Support Team.

How can I get access to the Client Portal?
If you do not already have access to the Client Support Portal, email service@proarch.com to request access. Please provide your full name, email address, company name, and the primary contact of your ProArch account.
What are regular support hours?
The U.S. support hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, excluding holidays.
Support requests that fall outside of those hours are subject to additional charges.
